Wilted spinach and paneer salad
Ayurvedic recipe Wilted Spinach and Paneer Salad

SERVES : 1
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves, trimmed and washed
- 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
- 1/4 cup blanched sliced almonds
- Rock salt to taste (optional)
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh sweet basil
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
METHOD
- Heat olive oil and add the spinach leaves. Stir until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
- Enjoy at room temperature.
