Wilted Spinach and Paneer Salad Recipe

SERVES : 1

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, trimmed and washed
  • 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
  • 1/4 cup blanched sliced almonds
  • Rock salt to taste (optional)
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh sweet basil
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

 

METHOD

  • Heat olive oil and add the spinach leaves. Stir until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
  • Enjoy at room temperature.
