  • cumin seed :     1 tablespoon
  • onion peeled and chopped :     1
  • cloves garlic, minced :     4
  • baby spinach, washed :     2 pounds
  • Salt :    
  • vegetable oil :     2 tablespoons
  • paneer cheese :     1 disc

Preparation Method for Wilted Spinach and Paneer Salad Recipe :

  • Heat olive oil and add the spinach leaves. Stir until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
  • Enjoy at room temperature.
