These are named so because they are exactly that melt in your mouth kind. The first time I read the recipe it just came across as a perfect one. I had this great feeling inside while baking these. I just knew that these would just melt my heart right away.

Ingredients For Whole wheat Eggless Melting Moments Recipe :
  • Wheat flour(Atta) :     100 gm (3/4 cup)
  • Cornflour :     30 gm (2 tbsp)
  • Icing sugar :     60 gm (1/2 cup)
  • Butter :     100 gm (1/2 cup)
  • Milk :     2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract / Cardomom powder :     1 tsp

Preparation Method for Whole wheat Eggless Melting Moments Recipe :

  • Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade/ 350F/Gas mark 4.
  • Sieve the flour and the cornflour together into a bowl.
  • In another bowl mix in the butter and the sugar with a hand blender or a wire whisk and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Put in the flour mixture, milk and vanilla extract and mix until smooth and there are no lumps.
  • Put the entire mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe into stars (rosettes) on a lightly greased baking tin or a tin lined with baking    parchment. Alternatively you can try using other nozzles for different effects. But the end result is no less beautiful.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the cookies turn golden brown at the edges. The timing various because of the wheat flour but take them out even if they feel soft. They become firm after cooling down.
