Vegetable paneer pizza

Our paneer pizza is made by using pure and fresh vegetables. This paneer pizza is liked by all because of its delicious and tangy taste.

Vegetable Paneer Pizza Recipe

SERVES : 6

INGREDIENTS :

  • Pizza base

Topping :

  • 75 to 100 gram Paneer (12 to 15 medium pieces)
  • 1 tbsp plain Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Tandoori masala
  • ½ tsp Ginger-garlic Paste

 

  • ¼ to ½ cup Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Green Bell Pepper, sliced thinly
  • ¼ cup Red Bell Pepper, Sliced thinly
  • ½ to ¾ cup shredded Cheese

 

METHOD

  • Pizza base
  • Pizza Sauce

Paneer Topping :

  • Make a mixture of 1 tbsp Yogurt + ½ tsp Tandoori masala + ½ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and marinate Paneer pieces with this mixture. Set aside for 15 minutes. Combining all the Items (Step by step Images)
  • Preheat oven to 480 F (250 C)
  • Spread Pizza sauce evenly over Pizza base
  • Then sprinkle little Cheese
  • Rub gently little salt to all cut vegetables. Spread these vegetables over Pizza base
  • Then add Marinated Paneer Pieces and sprinkle remaining cheese
  • Bake for 7-8 minutes or until surface become very light brown.
