Tropical Chicken and Farfalle Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- Boneless chicken, boiled and shredded1 cup (200 grams)
- Farfalle (bow tie pasta), boiled1 cup
- Tomato, diced1 medium
- Carrot, diced1 medium
- Green capsicum, diced1/2 medium
- Yellow capsicum, diced1/2 medium
- Olives, cut into roundels 8-10
FOR DRESSING :
- Garlic, chopped
- 4-5 cloves
- Celery, finely chopped 2 inch stalkCrushed red chillies 1/2 teaspoon
- Crushed red chillies 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 2-3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped 2 teaspoons
PREPARATION:
For dressing, combine garlic, celery, red chillies, lemon juice, salt and parsley. Mix well. In a bowl mix together pasta, chicken, carrot, capsicum, yellow bell pepper and olives. Pour the prepared dressing and toss. Serve immediately.
