Sautéed Fennel Recipe

SERVES : 2

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup pure water
  • 1 tsp fennel seed
  • 1/4 tsp turbinado sugar (optional)
  • 1 tiny pinch cardamom
  • 1 rose hip

 

METHOD

 

  • Bring the water to a boil.
  • Add fennel, rose-hip, sugar and cardamom, turn off heat, cover and steep for 5 minutes.
  • Strain and enjoy at room temperature or mildly warm.
