Sabudana Kheer Recipe
Sabudana Kheer is the best Maharashtrian sweet dish. It is a kheer or payasam/pudding cooked with sago, milk, sugar and nuts. It is an awesome Maharashtrian Cuisine.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 liter Milk
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 1 cup Sabudana
- 1 tbsp Cashew nut
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
METHOD
- First take a bowl. Then wash and drain the sabudana.
- Add milk in the bowl.
- Then boil the milk on medium heat. Then let it thicken.
- In 1 cup warm water mix sugar and mix it to the milk.
- Put it on medium heat. After removing from high temperature add cashew nuts and raisins.
- Then bringing it to room temperature and refrigerate it.
- Serve cold. It can go either after dinner or lunch.
