Roasted garlic prawns

INGREDIENTS :
- Prawns (kolambi/jhinga), shelled and deveined 200 grams
- Garlic, chopped 10-15 cloves
- Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Broccoli 8 florets
- Carrot, 1/2 inch pieces 1/2 medium
- Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons
- Mustard paste 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Black peppercorns, crushed 7-8
- Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves, torn 5-6
METHOD
Boil broccoli florets and carrot pieces in two cups of water. Drain and set aside. Take prawns in a bowl and add garlic paste, tomato ketchup, mustard paste and mix. Add broccoli, carrots, salt, crushed black peppercorns, lemon juice and mix. Heat a pan, add chopped garlic and roast on medium heat till lightly browned. Add the marinated mixture and sauté for five minutes. Add basil leaves and mix. Serve hot.
