INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 12 cloves garlic
- 6 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups diagonally sliced asparagus
METHOD
- First preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Then tear off 6 large pieces of foil.
- separate all garlic, olive oil, wine, asparagus.
- Then thyme and position them on every piece of foil.
- Fold over each foil packet to close.
- Next place the packets on a baking sheet
- Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until the asparagus is tender, but still a little crisp.
- Then carefully unlock packets and dish up asparagus with juices poured on top.
