Ingredients For Quinoa with Paneer and Raisins Recipe :
  • quinoa :     1/2 cup
  • pure water :     1 cup
  • diced paneer :     1/2 cup
  • raisins :     1/4 cup
  • Rock salt to taste(optional) :    
  • ghee :     1 tbsp

Preparation Method for Quinoa with Paneer and Raisins Recipe :

  • Wash the quinoa thoroughly by rinsing it several times. Drain.
  • Heat a pan and roast the quinoa dry for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add water, stir and bring to a boil.
  • Cover, reduce heat and cook at a gentle simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • Heat ghee in a pan until clear and gently stir-fry the paneer cubes and raisins in the ghee for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in the salt into the quinoa.
  • Fold in the paneer and raisins gently.
