INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices Bread,
- 2green chillies,
- 50 gms Butter,
- Salt to taste,
- Tomato ketchup,
- 2 tsp powdered peanuts,
- 1 tsp dry coconut powder,
- 1 cup grated cucumber,
- 1 cup mashed potatoes,
- Pepper to taste,
- Cheese slice,
METHOD
- Mix grated paneer, chopped green chillies, salt, powdered peanuts, dry coconut powder, grated cucumber, mashed potatoes and pepper in a bowl.
- Take a slice of a bread with the edges cut. Spread butter, add tomato ketchup, add the above filling.
- Take one more slice of a bread, spread butter, put a cheese slice and then cover up with the above slice.
- Serve with potato chips and cold coffee.
