Ingredients For Paneer Sandwich Recipe :
  • Bread :     4 slices
  • green chillies :     2
  • Butter :     50 gms
  • Salt :     to taste
  • Tomato ketchup :    
  • powdered peanuts :     2 tsp
  • dry coconut powder :     1 tsp
  • grated cucumber :     1 cup
  • mashed potatoes :     1 cup
  • Pepper :     to taste
  • Cheese slice :    

Preparation Method for Paneer Sandwich Recipe :

  • Mix grated paneer, chopped green chillies, salt, powdered peanuts, dry coconut powder, grated cucumber, mashed potatoes and pepper in a bowl.
  • Take a slice of a bread with the edges cut. Spread butter, add tomato ketchup, add the above filling.
  • Take one more slice of a bread, spread butter, put a cheese slice and then cover up with the above slice.
  • Serve with potato chips and cold coffee.
  • Decorate it with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
