Ingredients For Paneer with Corn :
  • Sweet Corn, boiled :     1 cup
  • Paneer (cottage cheese) cut into ½ inch cubes :     200 grams
  • Oil :     1 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds :     1 teaspoon
  • Onion sliced :     1 medium
  • Spring onions with greens :     chopped 4-5
  • Tomato sliced :     1 medium
  • Cumin powder :     1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder :     2 teaspoons
  • Red chili powder :     1 teaspoon
  • Salt :     as per requirement
  • Garam Masala powder :     1/2 teaspoon

Preparation Method for Paneer with Corn :

Take a non-stick pan and heat oil in medium flame.

Add cumin seeds to the oil and wait till its color changes.

Then gradually add onions, spring onion bulbs and sauté.

When the onions become translucent add the tomatoes.

After the tomatoes become soft add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix it well.

Add corn to the mixture along with a cup of water.

Cover the pan and leave it for some time till the mixture is heated thoroughly.

Open the cover and add cottage cheese and garam masala.

Add the chopped green spring onions and mix it well.

Cook till the spring onions mixes well.

The Paneer with corn is ready to be served.
