INGREDIENTS- Khichia Papad 8
- Butter 8 teaspoons
- Green chutney 4 tablespoons
- Red chilli Garlic Chutney 2 tablespoons
- Chaat masala 2 tablespoons
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 4-5
- tablespoons
METHOD
Dry roast all the khichia papad till crisp. Drain and place on an absorbent paper and set aside.Drizzle one teaspoon of butter over each papad, then drizzle the chutneys, chaat masala and coriander leaves and serve immediately before the papad becomes soggy.
