Masala Oats Crushed Chicken Nuggets

Chicken nuggets can be best in the winter weather specially when served with tea or coffee. These kinds of snacks are in favor when you guests or friends visiting your place. This does not engage much time for preparation and is quiet easy and liked by everyone.

Ingredients For Masala Oats Crushed Chicken Nuggets :
  • Masala Oats :     2 packets (80 grams)
  • Boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes :     500 grams
  • Salt :     As per requirement
  • Black pepper powder :     1 and 1/2 teaspoons
  • Green chilli, finely chopped :     1 teaspoon
  • Lemon grass, finely chopped :     1 teaspoon
  • Ginger-garlic paste :     1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce :     2 teaspoons
  • Oyster sauce :     1 teaspoon
  • Cucumber peeled :     1 medium
  • Red bell pepper :     1/2
  • Spring onions with greens :     2
  • Fresh basil leaves :     3-4
  • Oil :     As per requirement
  • Lemon Juice :     1/4
  • Roasted peanuts :     1 tablespoon
  • Sweet chili sauce :     1 teaspoon

Preparation Method for Masala Oats Crushed Chicken Nuggets :

Take a mixing bowl and add chicken cubes, salt, pepper powder, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp soya sauce, oyster sauce and lemon grass.

Mix it well and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

Cut cucumber into flower shape slices and place it in a bowl of cold water.

Remove the seeds from the bell papers and cut into juliennes.

Place the bell paper juliennes in the same bowl.

Finely slice spring onions with greens and place it in the same bowl.

Mix it properly.

Add some shredded basil leaves and mix it well again.

Spread the masala oats on a plate.

Evenly coat the marinated chicken cubes in the masala oats.

Take a frying pan and heat the oil.

Deep fry the chicken cubes until it turns golden and crispy.
Drain on absorbent paper so that the excess oil is absorbed.

Take a bowl or a plate and mix the vegetables by adding soya sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper powder and roasted peanuts.

Take a serving plate and arrange the prepared salad and put the fried chicken cubes along it. Serve it hot.
