Kesar Lassi
Kesar Lassi yogurt Shake with Cashew and Saffron is a "cool" drink ideal during summer season. This can be made further cool by adding ice cubes.

INGREDIENTS
- 500 gms Curd
- 250 ml Iced water
- ½ tsp Kesar strands
- 1 tbsp Boiling water
- ½ tbsp ground Cardamom
PREPARATION:
Mix the kesar strands with the boiling water. Leave to stand.
Blend together the yoghurt, iced water, sugar and cardamom powder.
Stir in the saffron and water mix and pour over crushed ice.
