Ingredients For Kabiraji Cutlet Recipe :
  • Minced mutton :     1 kg
  • Onion :     2 (finely sliced)
  • Eggs :     10
  • Green chillies :     4 chopped
  • Breadcrumbs :     1 cup
  • Ginger paste :     4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste :     4 tbsp
  • Asafoetida powder :     2 tsp
  • Chilli powder :     2 tsp
  • Cumin powder :     4 tbsp
  • Coriander powder :     4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste :    
  • Sprigs of cilantro l :    

Preparation Method for Kabiraji Cutlet Recipe :

  • Mix together ginger paste, garlic paste, green chillies and cilantro leaves in a large bowl.
  • Add the cumin, coriander, chilli and asafoetida powders followed by salt and mix thoroughly.
  • Next mix the minced mutton and divide into equally sized cutlets about 1½ inch in diameter and ½ inch in thickness.
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl and dip the above cutlets in the whisked egg and roll on breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil ,trickle the egg off the end of a spoon into the oil, and roll the cutlets onto this and fry for 5 minutes on each side over low heat.
  • Serve hot with sliced onion.
