Hot Chilli Corn Recipe 

 

Hot Chilli Corn

COOKING TIME : 5-7 minutes

INGREDIENTS
  • Corn kernels, boiled 2 cups
  • Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli, chopped 1
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

 

  • Green capsicum, chopped 1 small
  • Red capsicum, chopped 1 small
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

METHOD

Heat a non-stick pan. Add boiled corn kernels, red chilli flakes, green chilli and cook for a minute. Add lemon juice, green capsicum, red capsicum and salt. Cover the pan and allow them to soften for about two minutes. Mix well. Add crushed peppercorns and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
