  • Boneless, Skinless C :     1
  • olive oil :     2 tablespoons
  • orange juice :     1 cup
  • brown sugar :     2 tablespoons
  • honey :     2 tablespoons
  • cider or white wine :     1 tablespoon

Preparation Method for Honey and Orange Glazed Chicken Recipe :

Marinate chicken cubes with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, white

  • Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and brown for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Stir in orange juice, brown sugar, honey and vinegar. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until sauce has thickened lightly for 6-8 minutes and meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170° F.
  • To serve, set chicken on plates and spoon sauce on top.
