INGREDIENTS
- Green unripe mangoes (peeled) 3 medium
- Onion (grated) 2 medium
- Green chillies (chopped) 4-6
- Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Black salt ½ tsp
- Salt to teste
- Sugar ½ tsp
PREPARATION:
Put the green mangoes, green chillies, pomegranate seeds, lemon juice, salt & sugar into a blender and blend till smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding the water. Squeeze the grated onion to remove excess juice and add to the chutney.
