Grated Cucumber and Cashew Salad Recipe

SERVES : 1

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup grated cucumber
  • 1/4 cup coarsely crushed roasted cashews
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1/4 tsp minced green chili pepper (optional)
  • Rock salt to taste (optional)
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh cilantro

 

  • 1/4 tsp fresh-ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp black or brown mustard seed
  • 1 pinch hing (asafetida)
  • 1 tbsp ghee

 

METHOD

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Enjoy at room temperature.
