Grated cucumber and cashew salad
Ayurvedic recipe Grated Cucumber and Cashew Salad

SERVES : 1
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup grated cucumber
- 1/4 cup coarsely crushed roasted cashews
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- 1/4 tsp minced green chili pepper (optional)
- Rock salt to taste (optional)
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp fresh-ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp black or brown mustard seed
- 1 pinch hing (asafetida)
- 1 tbsp ghee
METHOD
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Enjoy at room temperature.
