  • garbanzos, cooked u :     1 cup
  • diced avocado (ripe :     1 cup
  • diced green beans, :     1/2 cup
  • small-sized broc :     1/2 cup
  • shredded fresh sweet :     1 tbsp
  • extra virgin olive o :     1& 1/2 tsps.
  • lemon juice :     1 tsp
  • dry-roasted ground :     1/4 tsp
  • ground fennel :     1/4 tsp
  • freshly cracked blac :     1/4 tsp
  • Sea salt to taste :    

Preparation Method for Garbanzo-Avocado-Basil Salad Recipe :

  • Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, fennel, black pepper and salt in a salad bowl and whisk until blended.
  • Add the garbanzos, green beans, basil and broccoli and toss to mix. At the end, gently fold in the diced avocado. Serve immediately.
