Gadbad Ice-Cream
Cocktail of desserts served in a single glass topped with toasted nuts.

For Custard:
- 1 tbsp Custard powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- ½ ltr Milk
Others Ingrediants:
- 1 packet of strawberry jelly
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts
- 1 tbsp chopped raisins
- 3 scoops of strawberry Ice cream
- 3 scoops of vanilla Ice cream
- ½ cup Hersheys Strawberry syrup
- 1 tin of mix fruits.
PREPARATION:
- Prepare custard by combining the above ingrediants to a thin consistency and chill for 1 hr.
- Prepare jelly according to direction on the box, chill and set for 1 hr. Toast all the nuts and keep aside.
- To asseble the dessert- Take 3 tall glasses, make neat layers by adding mixed fruits,scoop of strawberry icecream,few pieces of jelly,pour some custard, then add a scoop of vanila icecream. Finally top with strawberry syrup and toasted nuts on top.
