Finger Chips Recipe
INGREDIENTS :
  • 5 Potatoes
  • Oil for frying
  • Rock salt to taste

 

METHOD

 

  • Cut potato into thin long strips.
  • wash then and then make them dry completely.
  • Add rock salt as required.
  • Deep fry potato strips in heated oil till it turns pink.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
