Cooked Fruit Recipe

SERVES : 2 - 4

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 apple, any sweet variety, or 1 ripe juicy pear
  • 3 cloves
  • 1/4 cup pure water

 

METHOD

 

  • Peel and core fruit and cut into 1/2" cubes.
  • Place all the ingredients in a pot, and cook, covered, for 5-8 minutes until fruit is soft.
  • Check occasionally to make sure fruit does not burn--add a little more water if necessary.
  • Discard the cloves and serve warm.
