INGREDIENTS
- ½ fl oz (12 ml) light rum
- ½ fl oz (12 ml) dark rum
- ½ fl oz (12 ml) triple sec
- ½ fl oz (12 ml) orgeat syrup
- ½ fl oz (12 ml) pineapple juice
- 1 fl oz (25 ml) sweet and sour
- ice cubes as required
- 2 cherries to garnish
METHOD
- Pour all the ingredients except the cherries into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well.
- Strain the mixture into collins glass(es) almost filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with the cherries and serve.
TIP :
- Triple sec is an orange-flavored liqueur.
- Orgeat syrup is a sweet almond syrup. It is typically made with almonds, rose water and sugar.
- Sweet and sour is a mixer made of a blend of lemon juice and sugar syrup. It is also known as sour mix or bar mix.
