INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 3/4 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup Sugar, granulated
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 12 oz Bag chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
METHOD
- Take a large bowl and beat butter and sugar together.
- Add one egg at a time and beat well.
- Then, add vanilla to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Now, add flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture. Add some chocolate chips and pecans to it.
- Take a wax paper and cover the cookie sheet.
- By using ice cream scoop, drop the cookies onto wax paper and bake them in oven for at least 15 to 18 minutes at 325 degrees F.
