Chital Macher Peti is femous bengali dish goes very well with rice.

SERVES : 2
INGREDIENTS :
- 3/4 Pieces Chital Mach
- 50 gm Mustard Paste
- Salt to taste
- 2/3 Green Chilly
- 2 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 bunch of Coriander leaves for garnishing
METHOD
- Take the pieces of fish and marinate with salt and turmeric powder.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish and keep it aside.
- Then again, pour the paste of mustard, coconut milk and green chilly and heat on low flame.
- Add all the spices. Cover the lid for 5-10 minutes.
- Now, add the fried fish and boil it.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice.
