Ingredients For Chicken Fried Rice Recipe :
  • Sesame oil :     1/2 tblsp
  • Onion :     1
  • Cooked, cubed chicken meat :     1/2 pounds
  • Soy sauce :     2 tblsps
  • Large carrots, diced :     2
  • Celery, chopped :     2 stalks
  • Red bell pepper, diced :     - 1 large
  • Fresh pea pods, halved :     3/4 cup
  • Green bell pepper, diced :     1/2 large
  • Cooked white rice :     6 cups
  • Eggs :     2
  • Soy sauce :     1/3 cup

Preparation Method for Chicken Fried Rice Recipe :

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onion till it becomes soft
  • Add chicken and 2 tblsps soy sauce and stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Add the carrots, celery, red bell pepper, pea pods and green bell pepper and stir-fry another 5 minutes.
  • Then add rice and stir thoroughly.
  • Finally, stir in scrambled eggs and 1/3 cup soy sauce, heat through and serve hot.
