Chicken and pepper wraps

INGREDIENTS :
- Boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 300 grams
- Ginger, sliced finely 1 inch piece
- Garlic, chopped 3 cloves
- Fresh red chillies, cut into thin strips 2-3
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Black peppercorns, crushed 10-12
- Green capsicums, chopped 2 medium
- Spring onions, chopped 3
- Aluminium foil as required
METHOD
Marinade chicken pieces with ginger, garlic, red chilli, soy sauce, sugar, salt to taste, peppercorns, capsicums and spring onions. Rest the marinated chicken for an hour, preferably in the refrigerator. Cut four pieces of aluminum foil measuring twelve inches by twelve inches. Divide the chicken mixture into four equal portions. Place one portion of chicken mixture in the centre of each aluminum foil piece. Fold in the open edges tightly so that the steam does not escape. Place the parcels on a hot tawa and cook on medium heat for six to seven minutes. As the chicken gets cooked, the aluminum foil will puff up slightly. Serve immediately in the foil itself.
