  • chicken breasts chop :     1 lb
  • bunch of fresh kale :     1
  • Salt to taste :    
  • tomatoes :     4
  • leaf of curry patta :     4
  • turmeric :     1/2 tsp
  • chicken tandoori mas :     1 tsp
  • onions - chopped :     2
  • ghee / olive oil :     2 tsp
  • cumin seed :     1 tsp
  • basmati rice washed :     1/2 cup
  • coriander powder :     1/2 tsp
  • amchoor powder :     1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp :     1 cup

Preparation Method for Chicken Kale Pulao Recipe for Biryani Recipe :

Take a pressure cooker put 2 tsp ghee/olive oil
once it heats up put curry leaf and cumin seeds let them crackle
put the onion and sautee till onions turn translucent pink
put the tomatoes in and add the amchur powder, chicken tandoori masala, turmeric, coriander powder
mix it up well - add 1/2 the kale - mix it in add 1/2 the chicken
as the kale mixes in and chicken mixes in add the rest of the kale and chicken
add the rice and mix it in also add salt to the mix 
till the tomotoes get a bit soft and mashy keep turning the mixture
add the water and cover the cooker till u get 4-5 whistles
shut the heat and let the steam all come out
garnish with freshly cut coriander if you like..(optional)
