This can be an awesome non-vegetarian dish on Christmas as chicken has always been mouth watering for all ages. The recipe is simple and easy to be cooked. Not much time will be engaged in preparing this dish and you will have ample time left for cleaning and decorating.

Ingredients For Chicken Fry :
  • Boneless Chicken :     half kg
  • Ginger garlic paste :     1/2 – 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce :     3/4 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce :     3/4 tbsp
  • Chili powder :     2 tsp
  • Garam masala :     1 tsp
  • Salt :     as per requirement
  • All purpose flour :     1/2 tbsp
  • Oil :     as per requirement

Preparation Method for Chicken Fry :

Marinate the chicken with ginger paste, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chili powder, garam masala and salt.

Refrigerate it for 15 – 30 minutes

Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken.

Cover the pan while cooking and do not use water.

Take out the chicken after cooking and keep it aside. Let it cool.

Sprinkle flour on the cooked chicken and deep fry it.

Serve it hot along with chili sauce or garlic sauce.
