Ingredients For Chicken Adobo Recipe :
  • Canola oil :     2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves :     2 minced
  • White onions :     2 medium
  • Chichen thighs :     1 kg boneless
  • Soy sauce :     1/4 cup
  • White Vinegar :     1/4 cup
  • Water :     1/2 cup
  • Bay leaves :     2
  • Black Pepepercorns :     1/2 tsp crushed

Preparation Method for Chicken Adobo Recipe :

1. Heat oil in a small pan & saute onion until soft & golden brown. Add minced garlic garlic & cook for 30 seconds while stirring. Transfer to a plate to cool.

2. Combine the cooled onion & garlic mixture with all remaining ingredients in a food-grage plastic bag and vaccum seal at high pressure.

3. Refrigerate overnight or atleast for 4 hrs.

4. Set the immersion circulator to 66 degree C and allow the water bath to come up to temperature.

5. Completely submerge the bag of marinated chicken into the water bath & cook it for 1 hr. (If the packet bloates, it contains & must be re-sealed properly.)

6.Remove the bag from te water bath & empty its contents & juice, over freshly steamed jasmine rice.
