Cashew burfi Recipe
Cashew burfi is a mouth watering delicious sweets for all occassions

SERVES : 6 - 8
INGREDIENTS :
- 200 gm cashwenuts(broken)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tbsp elaichi powder
METHOD
- Grind the cashwenuts into a fine powder.Then in a non-stick pan dissolve sugar in 1/2 cup water and prepare a syrup of one string consistency(Ek taar ki chashni).Add the cashewnut powder and cook over a mediun flame stirring continuesly till the mixture leaves the sides of pan.Transfer to a plate and cool slightly.Knead gently in to desired shape.
