Carrot Onion Raita Recipe

PREPARATION TIME :10 Minutes

SERVES :2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Carrot
  • 6 Onions
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Oil

 

  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 cup Curd (Yogurt)
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

 

  • At first grate the carrots.
  • Then chop up onions and green chillies.
  • Then after Mix all grated carrots onions and curd together.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • When hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves with green chillies.
  • Then add the mixture to the carrot-curd mixture.
  • Put some salt to taste.
  • Now carrot onion raita is ready to serve.
  • It can be served with rice or pulao.
