INGREDIENTS
- 1 Carrot
- 6 Onions
- Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 cup Curd (Yogurt)
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- At first grate the carrots.
- Then chop up onions and green chillies.
- Then after Mix all grated carrots onions and curd together.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- When hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves with green chillies.
- Then add the mixture to the carrot-curd mixture.
- Put some salt to taste.
- Now carrot onion raita is ready to serve.
- It can be served with rice or pulao.
