Ingredients For Carrot Cake Recipe :
  • Butter :    
  • flour :     12 ounces
  • grated carrots :     12 ounces
  • baking powder :     1 teaspoon
  • baking soda :     1 teaspoon
  • cinnamon :     ½ teaspoon
  • ground nutmeg :     ½ teaspoon
  • eggs :     3 large
  • plain yogurt and veg :     6 ounces
  • dark brown sugar :     2 ounces
  • sugar :     10 ounces

Preparation Method for Carrot Cake Recipe :

  • Butter the cake pan and apply flour as well.
  • Place parchment paper at the bottom such that the mould will not stick to it.
  • Take baking powder, soda, spices, salt, brown sugar, eggs and mash them to make a good paste. Apply the paste on wholesome carrots.
  • Preheat your oven at nearly 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Place the carrot paste on the pan. Bake it in the middle tier for uniform heating
  • Bake it for nearly 45 minutes such that you start getting the smell of baking./li>
  • Now reduce the oven temperature to say around 25 degrees less.
  • Remove the egg yolk contained inside very carefully and place the yolk in a fresh and clean bowl.
  • Use a masher to break off the egg yolk, mix ingredients like a quarter cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of brown mustard, little bit of lemon juice and paprika.
  • Blend the mixture well such that it becomes a smooth paste.
  • Move this mixture into a bag and smoothly pour the paste from the bag to the egg cups.
  • Pour chopped chives and bacon as toppings.
  • Cover the eggs with tops that you had chopped off.
