- finely shredded gree : 1/3 cup
- finely shredded red : 1/3 cup
- grated fresh coconut : 1/3 cup
- coarsely chopped roasted cashews : 1/3 cup
- olive oil : 1 tbsp
- lemon juice : 1 tbsp
- Rock or sea salt : to taste
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste : to taste
- chopped fresh cilantro leaves : 1 tbsp
Preparation Method for Cabbage Cashew Coconut Salad Recipe :
- Steam the cabbage for about 5 minutes.
- Combine the cabbage, coconut and cashews in a bowl.
- Make the dressing by mixing together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and cilantro.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
