  • finely shredded gree :     1/3 cup
  • finely shredded red :     1/3 cup
  • grated fresh coconut :     1/3 cup
  • coarsely chopped roasted cashews :     1/3 cup
  • olive oil :     1 tbsp
  • lemon juice :     1 tbsp
  • Rock or sea salt :     to taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste :     to taste
  • chopped fresh cilantro leaves :     1 tbsp

Preparation Method for Cabbage Cashew Coconut Salad Recipe :

  • Steam the cabbage for about 5 minutes.
  • Combine the cabbage, coconut and cashews in a bowl.
  • Make the dressing by mixing together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and cilantro.
