Ingredients For Cabbage raita Recipe :
  • yogurt (dahi) :     2 cups
  • a few cabbage leaves :    
  • cumin powder (jeera) :     1 tsp
  • green chillies :     2
  • ginger (adrak) :     1
  • sugar (cheeni) :     1 tsp
  • a few coriander leaves :    
  • red chilli (lal mirch) :     1/2 tsp
  • salt (namak) to taste :    

Preparation Method for Cabbage raita Recipe :

  • Wash the cabbage leaves and chop them finely.
  • Wash and grind the green chillies.
  • Peel and grind the ginger.
  • Clean, wash and cut the coriander leaves.
  • Mix all the above ingredients with the yogurt.
  • Serve chilled
