Bedtime Milk with Ginger and Nutmeg

INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup whole organic milk
- 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp raw sugar (optional)
- 1 large pinch ground nutmeg
METHOD
- Add the minced ginger to the milk and bring the milk to a boil without burning it. Remove from heat and strain.
- Stir in the nutmeg and the sugar.
- Sip while still hot, about 30 minutes before bedtime.
