Barbie Cake
Want to celebrate the birthday of your neice, daughter or little sister - delight her by sending this cake made in the shape of Barbie Doll.

INGREDIENTS
Icing :
- 1 cup margarine/butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg white
- 4 cups icing sugar
- 2 tsp milk
METHOD
- Beat egg white, vanilla and milk until frothy. Add icing sugar and margarine, beat until smooth. Add desired food coloring.
- Bake Cakes as directed. I used the Pampered Chef Batter bowl to bake the top layer of the cake and a bunting cake pan for the bottom layer.
- Cut both cakes horizontally to create a flat surface on the top of the cake and place cakes cut side down. Layer one on top of the other and cut a small hole to insert Barbie. Freeze cake overnight to ensure easy icing!
- Ice cake and add decorations to make a fancy dress! I added flower candies and candy confetti. I also created a scalloped edge to create the illusion of a tiered dress.
