INGREDIENTS
- Ripe bananas, roughly chopped 5 medium
- Honey 5 tablespoons
- Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
- Drained skimmed milk yogurt 2 cups
- Ice cubes 10
- Fresh mint leaves, torn 10
PREPARATION:
Place roughly chopped bananas in the freezer for one hour.Take frozen banana pieces, honey, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend again. Pour into individual glasses and serve garnished with mint leaves.
