Banana and Honey Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • Ripe bananas, roughly chopped 5 medium
  • Honey 5 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  • Drained skimmed milk yogurt 2 cups
  • Ice cubes 10
  • Fresh mint leaves, torn 10

 

PREPARATION:

 

Place roughly chopped bananas in the freezer for one hour.Take frozen banana pieces, honey, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend again. Pour into individual glasses and serve garnished with mint leaves.
