  • Butter (soft) :     ½ cup
  • Corn Bread :     6 slices
  • Chicken (cut into stripes) :     1/3 cup
  • Avocado (sliced) :     1 ripe
  • Tomatoes (thinly sliced) :     2
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste) :    
  • Lemon Juice :     2 tbsp

Preparation Method for Avocado chicken sandwiches Recipe :

  • Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan and fry chicken until crisp.
  • Spread remaining butter over corn bread. Arrange chicken, avocado and tomato slices on 3 bread slices.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Now place the remaining bread slices on these sandwiches.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice over the sandwiches. Avocado Chicken Sandwich is ready to serve.
