  • Brown Sugar :     8 tbsp
  • Rum :     2 tbsp
  • Butter :     1 tbsp
  • Raisins :     30 g
  • Cashew Nuts :     10 g
  • Lemon Juice :     1 tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder :     1 tsp

Preparation Method for Apple Pudding Recipe :

  • Peel the apples and slice them.
  • Chop cashew nuts.
  • Soak the raisins in rum and refrigerate for half an hour.
  • Put the apples, cashew nuts, sugar, cinnamon powder, lemon juice and the raisins-rum mixture in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix well and bake in a pudding dish at a temperature of 450 degrees F, for 20 minutes.
  • Serve it hot!
