Aam Ka Panna Recipe

PREPARATION TIME : 10 minutes

COOKING TIME : 15 minutes

SERVES : 4

INGREDIENTS :

  • Raw Mangoes-2, large size
  • Cumin Powder-2 tsp
  • Peppercorns-1 tsp, (crushed)
  • Black Salt, to add taste
  • Asafoetida-¼ tsp
  • Sugar-¼ cup
 

 

METHOD

  • First clean the mangoes and boil them in the pressure cooker.Then cool down.
  • Then peel off mangoes and then mash and strain the pulp in a bowl.
  • Add cumin powder, crushed peppercorns, black salt, asafeotida and sugar in it and stir well, till sugar is dissolved.
  • Take 4 glasses and divide the mixture; fill them up with chilled water and stir.
  • Then Serve it.
