Ingredients For Pinaca Recipe :
  • rice :     250 gms
  • Triangles Goa or Bla :     2
  • Coconut Grated :     1
  • cardamom powder :     1/2 tsp

Preparation Method for Pinaca Recipe :

1. Put the rice on a frying pan and on a slow flame roast till it gets crunchy. Grind it into a fine powder. Set aside 1/4 cup of this rice for later.

2. Grind the jaggery and the grated coconut.

3. In a bowl knead the jaggery and coconut mixture with the rice till it forms into a dry ball. You can use rice flour if it gets too sticky. When it all comes together into a ball, take approximately 2 tablespoons and roll in between your palms to form it into a croquette. When all are done sprinkle the rest of the rice flour that was set aside. Store in a cool place.
